If you can’t find the answer to your question or problem, you can open a support ticket with our dedicated UK based support team who will be happy to assist you. Our offices are open between 7AM and 10PM GMT to handle your queries. Our team are on hand 24 hours a day for emergency issues such as server failures or network outages.

Once a support ticket has been opened, it is assigned by one of our support team leaders to a technician who is fully trained and able to deal with your problem. From general advice & cPanel questions to complex configuration, we will provide you with a fast, friendly and professional service.
How ticket priorities work
High – Complete outage or major issue with your hosting. We aim to respond to all high priority tickets within 30mins.
Medium – Urgent questions or problems with your hosting. We aim to respond within 1-2 hours.
Low – None urgent questions. We will aim to respond the same day within office hours.
